“Become a partner” form
Data controller: LES CLEFS D’OR BELGIUM ASBL, company number 0469.137.431, Rue Auguste Orts 3–7, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
Data processed: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of the message. Purpose: to handle and reply to the partnership request. Legal basis: the explicit consent given when submitting the form.
This data is stored on the website's hosting infrastructure located in the European Union and kept for up to three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

How to exercise your rights
Send your request by email to info@lesclefsdor.be, with the subject “GDPR request”, stating the right you wish to exercise and the email address you used when contacting us.
A request may also be sent by post to: LES CLEFS D’OR BELGIUM ASBL, Rue Auguste Orts 3–7, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
Where reasonable doubt exists, the committee may ask for an element allowing your identity to be verified; that document is deleted as soon as verification is complete.
You will receive a reply within one month of receipt of the request at the latest. This period may be extended by two months for complex requests, in which case you will be informed. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
